Your virtual server will be included in the custom monitoring system and if there’s a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be notified instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of your hosted content is compulsory – you never know when something could go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Managed Services package, you will enjoy every week backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to install and configure anything. Furthermore all the backups will be retained on a server with many RAID–configured hard disks. This means that your hosted content will always be safe, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux VPS Web Hosting Package, you will have full freedom to run any script or service on your server. But, certain scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra setup from you. That’s where our Optional Managed Services deal will come in real handy. It features 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting operations – this means that you can basically hire one of our expert server administrators for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software program that you desire. Alternatively have him fix an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Web Hosting Packages and is an add–on with our KVM Linux VPS Web Hosting Packages.
