Auto-responder Emails in Website Hosting
Setting up an auto-responder e-mail will take you only a couple of clicks if you are using a Linux website hosting package with us. This can be done via the Emails part of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you could see all of your mailboxes listed in alphabetical order. You can either pick an email and click on the auto-responder button or just right-click and select the feature in the context menu which will come up. All you have to do is to enter the content that you'd like to be sent as an automated reply and save the change. You are able to type in any text you would like and modifying or removing the auto-responder function can be just as easy. From the same section of the Control Panel you'll be able to keep track of which accounts have the feature enabled and which don't.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you want to host your domain names in a semi-dedicated server account from our company, you'll be able to add in an auto-responder to any email address you make through the Emails section of your Hepsia Hosting Control Panel. All mailboxes that you have will be available in alphabetical order within this section and for each one of them you will see a little "Auto-responder" icon. To activate the feature, click on the icon for a specific e-mail, type in the content which you want people to get as the answer to their emails, then save the changes. You will be able to modify or remove this text at any moment following the same steps. If you wish to add in an auto-responder to a number of emails, you can select them and add a message to them simultaneously - an option, which is available in Hepsia and which can save you a lot of time.
